摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)存在于中性粒细胞的过氧化物酶阴性颗粒中,并在人体组织细胞中广泛分布。近年研究发现,NGAL与肾脏关系十分密切,可能参与启动肾脏发育并发挥保护肾脏的作用。众多实验室和临床研究表明,急性肾损伤(AKI)时NGAL表达明显增高并分泌释放入体液中。尤其是尿液中的NGAL水平与肾脏损伤的程度密切相关且很早就表现出来,NGAL被认为是新的有效的AKI早期生化标志物。 Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin( NGAL) presents in the peroxidase-negative granules of neutrophils,and is widely distributed in the human tissue cells. Recent studies found a very close relationship between NGAL and kidney. NGAL may initiate the development of kidney and afford kidney protection. Abundant experimental and clinical studies have shown that expression of NGAL was significantly higher during renal injury and NGAL would release into the body fluids. It is very early manifested that urine NGAL levels and the degree of kidney damage is closely related. NGAL is considered to be a new biochemical marker of acute kidney injury.
