摘要
青年教师是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,是完成教学和科研工作的中坚力量。本文分析了高校青年教师的岗位分类、面临的主要问题,结合学校在教师培养方面的实践,提出了促进高校青年教师健康成长的相应对策和举措。
Young teachers are an important part of college faculty and the backbone of the teaching and research work.This paper analyzes the young university teachers job classification,the main problem facing and proposes countermeasures and initiatives to promote the healthy growth of young university teachers combining with school practice in teacher training.
