免疫抑制剂的应用与肝脏移植受者CD4+Tcell-iATP水平的相关性分析 被引量:1

The correlation between immunosuppressive therapy and CD4 + Tcell-iATP levels in liver transplant recipients

摘要 目的 分析肝脏移植术后稳定生存受者CD4+ Tcell-iATP水平与不同免疫抑制治疗方案的关联性.方法 回顾性分析自2010年7月至2012年10月本治疗组行肝脏移植手术及长期稳定生存随访数据,共纳入172例病例为研究对象,采用Cylex ImmuKnow Assay方法检测样本CD4+Tcell-iATP值水平,依据移植术后免疫抑制应用方案因素进行分组分析.结果 按照免疫抑制剂应用方案不同,FK506单一免疫抑制治疗组,FK506+ Pred组的CD4+ Tcell-iATP水平较FK506+ MMF组、FK506+ MMF+ Pred组和Rapa组高,各组之间差异有统计学意义;联合MMF组CD4+ Tcell-iATP水平较非MMF组显著降低,两组之间差异有统计学意义.结论 肝脏移植术后稳定生存受者的CD4+ Tcell-iATP水平具有与免疫抑制治疗方案相关的分布特点,其中药物MMF,Rapa的应用显著降低CD4+ Tcell-iATP水平. Objective To analyze the correlation between immunosuppressive therapy and CD4 + Tcell-iATP levels after liver transplantation,and to describe distribution characteristics of CD4 + Tcell-iATP levels among liver transplant recipients.Methods A total of 172 patients who underwent liver transplantation with long-term stable conditions were collected from July 2010 to October 2012 in our center.We used the Cylex ImmuKnow Assay to detect the CD4 + Tcell-iATP level of the blood sample,and analyze the CD4 + Tcell-iATP level according to different immunosuppressive therapy protocols,retrospectively.Results There is a significant difference of CD4 + Tcell-iATP levels among the survival recipient groups receiving different immunosuppressive therapy protocols after liver transplantation.The CD4 + Tcell-iATP levels in FK506 group and FK506 + Pred group were higher than that of FK506 + MMF group,FK506 + MMF + Pred group and Rapa group.CD4 + Tcell-iATP level of patients receiving MMF protocol was much lower than without MMF group.Conclusions There is a significant correlation between distribution characteristics of CD4 + Tcell-iATP level and immunosuppressive therapy protocol after liver transplantation,the application of MMF and Rapa lowers the CD4 + Tcell-iATP level significantly.
