单根弹性髓内钉治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折的疗效分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的:应用单根弹性髓内钉内固定法治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折,分析其临床疗效。方法2005年9月至2012年3月应用单根钛制弹性髓内钉固定桡骨的方法治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折27例,与双钢板或双钛制弹性髓内钉内固定尺桡骨对比分析其疗效。结果所有患儿均获随访,随访时间为6~32个月,平均23.6个月。1例切口感染,1例发生皮肤激惹反应,1例早期出现前臂轻度旋后运动受限,末次随访时全部患儿前臂旋前及旋后活动无受限,无骨不连、畸形愈合。结论在严格掌握手术适应证的情况下,单根弹性髓内钉内固定法是治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折的一种理想选择。 Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of single elastic intramedullary nail-ing for children with both bone forearm fractures.Methods From September 2005 to March 2012 , 27 children with both bone forearm fractures were treated with single elastic intramedul-lary nailing and the effectiveness was compared with other methods.Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 32 months, the mean time period was 23.6 months.After operations, irri-tated skin and wound infection were found in one case respectively, one patient with rotation limitation in forearm was found at early stage.All of the patients regained a full range of rota-tion in the forearm without malunion or nonunions.Conclusion By strictly observing the oper-ation indication, single elastic intramedullary nailing fixation is a safe and effective option for the treatment of both bone forearm fractures in children.
