摘要
高校是培养和造就社会需要的人才的摇篮,是传播和创新现代化科技文化知识的重要基地。在当前大学生就业困难的情况下,追求理论与实践相结合,提高广大毕业生的实践动手能力,是高校引导高校毕业生就业的必经之路。通过分析当前大学生就业的现状与原因、就业实习基地建设的重要性与必要性,并以内蒙古民族大学动物科技学院加强校外实习基地建设为例,说明校外实习基地对大学生就业的影响。
Universities are the cradle of training and bringing up talents the society needs, is an important base for communication and innovation of modern technology and cultural knowledge, in the current college student employment is difficult circumstances, the pursuit of the combination of theory and prac- tice, improve the graduates＇ practical ability, is the only way which must be passed college guide the em- ployment of college graduates, this paper analyzed the current situation of and the reason, the employment of university students employment practice the importance and necessity of the construction of base, and with Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities College of animal science and technology strengthen practice base construction as an example, to illustrate the influence of off campus practice bases on the employment of University students.
