脑小血管病致认知功能障碍研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 现在已经进入老龄化社会,各种退行性老年疾病日益增多。70岁以上老年人群中,20%出现脑小血管病（cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD或SVD）,血管病认知功能障碍患者中的60%是由脑小血管病引起[1],阿尔兹海默病患者中1/3合并有脑小血管病。在2007年国际卒中会议脑小血管病成为大会热点。
