摘要 为了研究在机组快速甩负荷(FCB)初期锅炉主蒸汽压力的动态特性,建立了300 MW机组汽水系统模型,并进行100%负荷下FCB仿真试验。结果表明:对于主蒸汽压力控制,小容量高压旁路系统同时配置一定量的动力排汽阀(PCV)效果优于大容量高压旁路系统;缩短旁路阀的快开时间,对FCB初期主蒸汽压力的调节较为有效;高压旁路系统及PCV总泄放量低于65%BMCR的机组不适合进行FCB。 In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of main steam pressure at the beginning of fast cut back (FCB),the model of the steam water system for a 300 MW unit was established.Moreover,on the basis of this model,FCB simulation test under 100% load condition was conducted.The results show that:the pressure control effect of small capacity high pressure bypass equipped with pressure control valve (PCV)was better than that of the large capacity bypass;reducing the early high pressure bypass valve open time was effective for main steam pressure control during initial FCB;the unit with total pressure re-lief volume from high pressure bypass and PCV less than 6 5%BMCR was not suitable for carrying out FCB.
