摘要
目的:优选中药制剂痛经贴的基质组成。方法:以白凡士林、固体石蜡、液状石蜡、氢化松香甘油酯等四种辅料的用量为水平因素,以涂展性能、外观、耐热性作为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选出最佳基质配方。结果:实验表明,最佳基质配方为:白凡士林9g、固体石蜡12g、液状石蜡24g、氢化松香甘油酯6g。结论:由筛选基质配方所制备的痛经贴稳定性良好。
Objective： To optimize matrix composition for Tongjing paste. Methods ： White petrolatum, paraffin wax, liquid paraf- fin, hydrogenated rosin and methyl salicylate was cheesed for the factors in the three level to inspect overlay performance, aspect, heat resistance, using orthogonal test to select the best composition. Results： The optimum matrix composition was white petrola- tum 9g, paraffin wax 12g, liquid paraffin 24g, hydrogenated rosin 6g. Conclusion：According to the optimum protion of matrix, Tongjing paste have great stability.
