摘要
目的探讨高血压病患者穴位治疗的依从性及其对疗效的影响。方法 2012年7月至2013年12月采用便利抽样法选取112例高血压病患者,所有患者均在常规药物的基础上进行规范的穴位贴敷及温灸疗法,治疗1个月后,评价患者的治疗效果及依从性。结果 (1)112例患者的降压总有效率为77.7%,依从性良好者高血压治疗有效率高于依从性差者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同性别、年龄和高血压分级的患者,治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)患者对穴位贴敷的依从性(63.4%)高于穴位温灸疗法(28.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而不同性别、年龄及高血压分级患者的治疗依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位疗法有助于血压控制,但患者的依从性较差,尤其是穴位温灸疗法;改善高血压病患者穴位疗法的依从性对于进一步提高降压效果具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the compliance and the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy in patients with hypertension.Methods By convenient sampling,1 12 hypertensive patients were selected and were given regularly point applicator and moxibustion nursing intervention on the basis of conventional drugs. One month later,treatment effect and compliance was recorded.Results （1）Total effective rate of 1 12 pa-tients was 77.7% .The effectiveness of patients with high compliance was higher than those with poor com-pliance （P 〈0.05 ）.The effectiveness is not significantly different in patients with different sex,age,and level of hypertension （P 〉0.05）.（2）Patients’compliance（63.4%）of point applicator is better than moxi-bustion（28.6%）（P 〈0.01）.The compliance is not significantly different in patients with different sex,age, and level of hypertension（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy helps to control blood pressure,but patients’compliance is poor,especially for moxibustion.It is important to improve patients’adherence to acupuncture therapy so that to improve its effectiveness in decreasing blood pressure.
