摘要
目的:评价补肾健脾法治疗慢性乙肝病毒携带者的临床疗效。方法:应用补肾健脾中药对26例慢性乙肝病毒携带者进行48周治疗,治疗前行肝穿活检,治疗期间行肝纤四项、乙肝病毒标志物定量及乙肝病毒基因型(基线)检测。结果:HBV基因型检测:B型2例,C型23例,D型1例。肝穿活检炎症分级G1(11)、G2(15),纤维化分期S0(16)、S1(10)。G2级与G1级比较,HBc Ab升高;S1期与S0期比较,肝纤四项无明显变化。治疗48周后HBs Ag及HBe Ab定量,HA降低。结论:补肾健脾中药具有一定的抗病毒及抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effect of treating chronic asymptomatic HBV carrier by means of invigor- ating kidney and reinforcing spleen. Methods ：26 cases of chronic asymptomatic HBV carrier were treated by herbs of invigorating kidney and reinforcing spleen for 48 weeks. We made the transhepatic biopsy before the start of the treatment and tested the HA, LN, IV - C, PC Ⅲ, quantitative HBV markers and genotype during the treatment. Results ： HBV genotype ： type B 2 cases, type C 23 cases and type D 1 case. The inflammation grades were G1 （ 11 ）, G2 （ 15 ） and fibrosis degrees were SO （ 16 ） and S1 （ 10 ） of liv- er. The quantitative HBcAb in G2 was higher than G1. HA, LN, IV - C and PC Ⅲ had no significant change in SO and S1. The quantitative HBsAg, HBeAb and HA reduced after 48 weeks. Conclusion ： The herbs of invigorating kidney and reinforcing spleen have a certain curative effect of antiviral and anti - liver fibrosis.
