555例社区2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究影响2型糖尿病患者HbA1c水平的因素。方法:555例病人据HbA1c水平分为A组(4%~6%),B组(6%~7%),C组(7%~8%),D组(8%~9%),E组(〉9%);SPSS 13.0统计分析HbA1c水平影响因素。结果:年龄、腰臀比、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG均是HbA1c的影响因素(P〈0.01)。以HbA1c控制与否研究显示,TG、FPG对HbA1c影响最大(P〈0.01)。结论:HbA1c水平可能受多种因素影响,受FPG及TG水平影响最大,调节FPG水平及控制TG水平是阻止2型糖尿病进展的关键。 Objective:To explore the inlfuence factor that impacted on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:According to the levels of HbA1c, 555 patients were divided into group A (4%~6%), group B (6%~7%), group C (7%~8%), group D (8%~9%), group E (〉9%). The inlfuence factor was counted and analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results:Age, waist to hip ratio, BMI, systolic and diastolic pressures, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG were all the inlfuence factors of HbA1c (P〈0.01). The study whether HbA1c was controlled or not showed that TG, and FPG were the two factors which inlfuenced HbA1c greatly. Conclusion:HbA1c may be affected by many factors and greatly by the levels of FPG and TG. Regulation of FPG and control of TG is the key to prevent the progression of type 2 diabetes.
