摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了4个烤烟品种在干旱胁迫条件下的主要农艺性状、生物量积累、叶片保水力、相对含水量、根系丙二醛、脯氨酸含量等生理指标,并通过隶属函数法对各品种的抗旱性进行综合分析,以期明确烤烟品种间抗旱性的差异。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,4个烤烟品种的主要农艺性状、干鲜重积累量及叶片相对含水量均显著下降,云烟87下降幅度最小,毕纳1号次之,黔西1号下降幅度最大;叶片保水力表现为云烟87>毕纳1号>黔西1号>韭菜坪2号;各烤烟品种根系丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均显著增加,云烟87和毕纳1号丙二醛含量增加量较少,脯氨酸含量增加量较大,韭菜坪2号和黔西1号则相反;隶属函数法综合分析发现抗旱性由强到弱顺序为云烟87>毕纳1号>韭菜坪2号>黔西1号。
Drought resistances of 4 different flue-cured tobacco cultivars wee studied under drought stress conditions in pot experiments.Some indexes,including the main agronomic botanical characters,accumulation of the plant,leaf relative water content,water-holding capacity,MDA content and proline content,were screened out,and the drought resistance of each type was comprehensively analyzel by membership function to clear the differences of drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco varieties.The results showed that under drought stress,their main agronomic botanical characters,both plant fresh and dry mass and leaf relative water content were decreased obviously,but the deceasing range of ‘ Yunyan 87' was the most less,‘ Bina 1' was relatively less,and ‘ Qianxi 1' was the largest.Leaf water holding strength was in order of ‘ Yunyan 87' > ‘ Bina 1' > ‘ Qianxi 1' > ‘ Jiucaiping 2'.The content of MDA and proline in flue-cured tobacco roots increased significantly,the MDA content of ‘ Yunyan 87' and ‘ Bina 1' had smaller increase,their probne content increased greatly,while ‘ Jiucaiping 2' and ‘ Qianxi 1' was on the contrary.The results of membership function analysis indicated that the drought resistance strength order was ‘ Yunyan87' > ‘ Bina 1' > ‘ Jiucaiping 2' > 'Qianxi 1'.
