锥形束CT诊断上颌埋伏阻生中切牙价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:回顾性分析锥形束CT(CBCT)在上颌埋伏阻生中切牙诊断及定位中的价值。方法:经CBCT确诊为上颌埋伏阻生中切牙的56例患者的58颗中切牙为研究对象,分析上颌埋伏阻生中切牙的阻生特点及其邻近组织情况。结果:56例患者年龄7~42岁,男女比例为1.67:1,其中54例(96.43%)为单侧阻生,2例(3.57%)为双侧阻生;39颗(67.24%)牙为唇侧阻生,其中倒置阻生21颗(53.85%),水平阻生6颗(15.38%),倾斜阻生12颗(30.77%);17颗(29.31%)为腭侧阻生,其中水平阻生5颗(29.41%),倾斜阻生12颗(70.59%);2颗(3.45%)为垂直阻生。埋伏阻生上颌中切牙及其邻近组织常伴有各种异常。结论:上颌中切牙阻生情况复杂,埋伏中切牙及其邻近组织常存在各种异常。CBCT能精确直观地显示上颌埋伏阻生中切牙及其邻近组织情况,对埋伏阻生上颌中切牙的诊断和定位具有重要的指导意义。 Objective: To evaluate the value of cone-beam CT(CBCT) in the diagnosis and orientation of maxillary impacted central incisors. Methods: 58 maxillary impacted central incisors of 56 patients were included,which were examined by CBCT. The characteristics of impacted central incisors and the situation of its neighboring tissues were analyzed. Results: Among 56 patients(58 teeth), aged 7 to 42, males∶females 1.67∶1, 54 patients were unilaterally impacted(96.43%) and 2 patients were bilaterally impacted(3.57%). 39 teeth were located labially, including 21 inverted impacted teeth, 6 horizontally impacted teeth, and 12 inclined teeth. 17 teeth were located in the palatal side, including 5 horizontally impacted teeth and 12 inclined teeth. 2 teeth were within the bone. Conclusion: The condition of impacted maxillary central incisors is complicated, and its surrounding tissue often presents a variety of abnormalities. CBCT imaging yields accurate 3-dimensional pictures of impacted maxillary central incisors and their local dental and bony structures,which is helpful for the diagnosis and orientation of impacted maxillary central incisors.
