摘要
为实现对区域交通信号的优化控制,在车辆延误模型HCM2000的基础上纳入相位差因素;对遗传算法的交叉和变异过程进行改进,将个体中各个参数分割开来,对各个参数分别执行交叉和变异操作;对整个区域建立以最小化车辆平均时延为目标的优化模型。对4交叉口区域的仿真结果表明,该方案的优化效果较好,整个区域的平均车辆延误比优化前减少了7.3%,达到了优化控制的目的。
In order to realize the optimization control for regional traffic signal, the authors take phase differences into the delay model based on HCM2000 ; then improve the process of crossover and mutation in the genetic algorithm, and divide each parameter of the individual before performing crossover and mutation on parameters respectively; finally build a optimal model which aims at minimizing the average vehicle delays for entire area. The result of the simulation for an area with four intersections indicates that this plan performs better than the unimproved one, and the average vehicle delay of the area decreases by 7. 3 %, which means that this plan achieves the goal of global optimization.
