摘要
本文基于PAM-AUTOCLAVE软件平台,利用热压罐固化设计控制方程建立有限元分析模型,通过数值计算方法模拟热压罐内多物理场耦合情况,采用可视化研究方法直观地展示了罐内有效区域的流场和温度场分布。优化零件、工装在罐内的合理布局,提高零件的固化质量,是目前工艺设计的趋势,也是降低复合材料制造成本的重要途径。
Based on PAM-AUTOCLAVE software and autoclave curing design control equations,finite element analysis model was built.Multi physical fields coupling were simulated by numerical method.The simulation results were analyzed by using the visual method.The research demonstrated that the steady or unsteady computation can calculate well-distribution of flow field in autoclave,and that transmission of hot-air influenced distribution of temperature field of tools and parts.The proper position of parts and tools in autoclave were optimized,in order to improve curing mass of parts.The study is not only the trend of technological design but also important route of reducing composite manufacturing cost.
