摘要
从乌拉甘草的中生和盐生种群中收集种子,分别用浓度为0 mmol/L、80 mmol/L、160 mmol/L、200 mmol/L、240mmol/L、280 mmol/L、320 mmol/L的Na Cl或Na2SO4溶液进行单盐胁迫,研究盐胁迫对不同产地乌拉甘草种子萌发的影响,比较中生与盐生乌拉甘草种群种子萌发阶段耐盐性能,旨在为盐渍化荒漠上的生态恢复,或者为耐盐甘草品种的选育提供适宜的甘草种质和可供借鉴的科学依据。研究结果表明,Na Cl和Na2SO4胁迫对2个种群的种子萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数均有影响,Na2SO4处理对种子萌发的抑制作用强于Na Cl处理,且浓度越高抑制作用越明显。相同Na2SO4胁迫条件下,盐生种源的种子在萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数方面均优于中生种源。
The seed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was Collected from neutral population and halophyte population.The seeds were respectively treated by different concentrations of 0 mmoL/L, 80 mmol/L, 160 mmol/L,200 mmol/L,240 mmol/L, 280 mmol/L, 320 mmol/L NaC1 or Na2SO4. The effect of salt stress on thegermination of different populations of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was researched. The strength of the salt tolerancebetween the neutral population and halophyte population was compared. We aimed to restore the environmentof salinization desert and provide the resource to breed salt tolerance species of Glyeyrrhiza uralensis. Theresults showed that the two kinds of salt stress had different inhibition to seed germination rate, germinationpotential and germination index. The salt stress of NazSO4 had stronger inhibition to seed germination than thatof NaC1. Under the same concentration of Na2SO4, the seed germination rate, germination potential andgermination index of halophyte provenance were higher than neutral provenance.
