摘要
甘草花丝通过离体培养,在MS培养基上形成无结构的愈伤组织。通过调整生长素和细胞分裂素的配比,使其由无结构的愈伤组织转化为胚性愈伤组织,进而发育成完整的体细胞胚。胚胎学观察表明,由体细胞胚发育成的小植株,其最初的来源是单个细胞。
Callus were formed on MS mediun by in vitro culture in filaments of Gy-cyrrhiza uralensis. Embryogenic callus developed from somatic embryo wete induced by regulating the rate between IAA and CTK. Embryological observations indicated that the original source of the plantlets developed from somatic embryogenic cells is a single embryogenic cell.
