摘要
在塑料注射模的加工中,型腔和型芯的加工任务最重,难度最大,主要涉及CNC和电火花成型加工,其中CNC刀路的编制是整个加工的中心任务,其好坏决定着CNC加工的质量和后续电火花成型加工的难易程度。本文主要阐述了Cimatron在风扇模具型腔和型芯加工中的应用,对风扇模具型腔和型芯加工进行了工艺分析,进而重点介绍了粗加工和精加工实现方法。最后,通过Cimatron刀路仿真模拟,验证本文方法中刀路的合理性。
It is the most tough and difficult task of the machining of the cavity and core duringplastic mold manufacturing, which includes the CNC and EDM process. The CNC toolpathprogramming is the key task of the whole manufacturing process which determines the quality ofCNC and the difficulty of EDM. This paper discussed the application of Cimatron software in themachining of the cavity and core of fan injection mold, and analyzed its machining process, thenfocused on explaining the realization of its rough and fine machining. Finally, through thesimulation of the toolpath proved the method's reasonability.
