摘要
结合轿车左前灯灯座本体产品的结构特点,设计了适用于该产品的两次分型热流道两板注塑模具。应用CAE分析及模具机构设计经验,产品采用4浇口潜伏式浇注方式。针对难加工问题,采用镶件镶拼方式以减小加工难度;针对脱模难问题,则分别设计了不同类型的侧抽芯脱模机构,特别是中央斜孔的脱模,采用三次变向驱动斜抽芯脱模机构创新设计,降低了斜孔抽芯机构设计的难度,缩减了模具结构设计尺寸,有效地节约了模具设计制造成本,机构简单、可靠,为同类斜向特征的脱模机构设计提供了有益参考。
According to the structural characteristics of the left headlight holder of car,a twice parting hot runner injection mold with two plates was designed.By using the CAE analysis and the design experience of the die and mold,the4gate submarine pouring method was adopted.For difficult processing problems,the insert inlaid way is used to reduce the difficulty of processing.Aiming at the difficult problem of demoulding,the different types of side core pulling mechanism are designed,especially the central hole stripping,the innovative design of demoulding mechanism with oblique pulling core driven by three times steering is used,the design difficulty of inclined hole core pulling mechanism is reduced,the mold structure design size is reduced,the cost of mold design and manufacture is effectively saved.The mechanism is simple and reliable,it provides a useful reference for the design of ejection mechanism with similar oblique features.
