摘要
试验选择2只安装瘤胃瘘管的云南黄牛,采用瘤胃尼龙袋法对非洲狗尾草、大麦秸、苜蓿草块、苜蓿干草、光叶紫花苕和一年生黑麦草6种牧草在黄牛瘤胃内干物质(DM)、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的动态降解率进行了比较研究。结果表明,DM、OM和CP的黄牛瘤胃有效降解率以苜蓿干草最高,非洲狗尾草最低,苜蓿草块、光叶紫花苕、大麦秸和一年生黑麦草居中;干物质、有机物质、粗蛋白的有效降解率与粗蛋白含量有较强的正相关,而与纤维素含量有较强的负相关。
Two Yunnan yellow cattle fitted with rumen fistula were selected, the nylon bag method were used to determine the rumiual degradability of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM), crude protein (CP) of six types of forages. The results indicated as ollows: DM,OM and CP effective degradability of alfalfa were the highest among six types of forages,while the setaria were the lowest among six types of forages,but alfalfa block,vicia atropurpurea,barley straw and annual ryegrass were placed in the middle of six types of forages. There was linear positively correlation between CP and effective degradability of DM,OM and CP,there were negatively linear correlation between CEL and effective degradabilily of DM, OM and CP.
