摘要
全球金融危机发生以来,国际经济格局与全球经济治理状况之间相互影响,处于不断的演变发展之中。以金砖国家为代表的南南合作,在推进全球经济治理的民主化进程中起着重要的推动作用。金砖国家合作机制的不断增强不仅是因为彼此间的经济互补性以及类似的经济问题,也是因为在治理理念、对西方的整体态度以及对经济治理理念方面的类似诉求有关。2009年至今,金砖国家已建立起全方位、多层级的立体合作网络。2014年巴西福塔雷萨金砖峰会上正式签署的成立金砖国家开发银行的协议和建立应急储备安排的协议,标志着金砖各国合作已经从初期的交流合作磨合时期,开始走向更为实质性的机制建设合作阶段。金砖国家正在通过加强经济合作与交流,带动南方国家共同富裕,推动国际经济秩序向着更加公平、民主和多元化的方向发展。
After the global economic crisis, a substantial change in world economy structure occurred, which was followed by a change in global governance accordingly. It will help to build a fairer and more rational new international economic order by promoting democratization process in global economic governance through South-South economic governance cooperation. As typical representatives of emerging economies, the BR/CS countries not only share the mutual economic cooperation requirement, but also have subjective demand in the aspect of concepts and external environment for the cooperation mechanism. Since 2009, the BRICS countries have established an all-round and multi-level solid cooperation network, and have achieved practical and fruitful achievements in financial cooperation. It will help to further expand the cooperation through strengthening economic cooperation and communication, and promoting common prosperity in southern countries.
