摘要
起搏器植入以来，右室心尖部起搏一直为传统起搏位置，随着对其研究的深入，寻找更佳的起搏位点，成为人们研究的热点。新的起搏部位研究主要集中在右室流出道、右室中位间隔、右室流人道、直接希式束、希式束旁及心室双部位起搏，现对上述几种起搏部位的电极固定位置、及其对心电、机械活动及对心功能影响等方面进行综述。
Since pacemaker implantation right ventricular apical pacing has been the traditional position. With the depth of its research finding better pacing sites has become hot research. The new studies focus on pacing sites including right ventricular outflow tract septum （RVOT）, right ventricular mid- septal pacing （RVSP） , right ventricular inflow tract pacing （RVIT）, Direct His - Bundle Pacing （DHBP） and para- Hisian pacing. This paper reviews electrode fixed position and the effects on electrocardiogram, mechanical activities and cardiac function about these parts of the pacing above.
