摘要
将岗位竞争引入"汽车营销综合实训",开展有针对性的生产实训,能够有效解决学校教学需求与企业用人需求的矛盾,充分调动学生的学习主观能动性和企业接受在校生实训的积极性,提高实训教学效果,真正体现"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"的高职办学方针。
The introduction of position competition to“Automobile Marketing Comprehensive Training”,and implementation of tar?geted production training can effectively solve the contradiction in the teaching requirements and the demands by enterprise,which can fully improve the students’subjective initiative and the enthusiasm of enterprise in accepting students training for the improvement of practice teaching and the realization of policy that are“employment-oriented,and service-targeted”.
