摘要
以二乙醇胺(DEA)与丁二酸酐(sA)为初始原料,经酯化反应得到AB:型单体;然后在对甲苯磺酸的催化下,采用“准一步法”反应得到端羟基的超支化聚合物(HBPEA);最后采用2-溴异丁酰溴(BB)对端羟基超支化聚合物进行端基改性,制得端基带有碳溴键的超支化聚合物(HBPEA—Br)。并采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT—IR),核磁共振氢谱(^1H—NMR)对产物结构进行表征。探讨了常温反应时间和滴加温度对接枝率的影响。改性后的产物支化度在0.4~0.5之间。
A sort of AB2 type monomer were synthesized with using diethanolamine (DEA) and succinic anhydride (SA) as initial materials by esterification, ?then under the catalysis of p-toluene sulfonic acid, the hyperbranched polyesteramide (HBPEA) was synthesized by "quasi-one-step method". Then the HBPEA-Br was prepared with using 2-bromide isobutyryl bromide (BB) as modifying?agent. And the structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR. The effects of reaction time at room temperature and temperature for adding on the grafting rate were investigated. The degree of branching of modified product was in the range of 0.4~0.5.
