摘要
随着监狱行刑的不断发展,监狱行刑社会化逐渐成为监禁行刑的必然运作方式。行刑的社会效益和人道价值理念也逐步走入正轨,但与国外的先进行刑理念和运作模式相比,我国监狱行刑社会化发展还面临着对服刑人员如何回归社会、如何进行保护等很多问题,成为了服刑人员顺利回归社会的瓶颈,所以构建一种理想的行刑模式势在必行。
With the continuous development of prison execution,socialization of prison execution has gradually become a necessary mode of operation in prison execution. The social benefit and humanitarian value ideaof execution have been gradually on the right track,but compared with overseas advanced execution concept and mode of operation,the developmentof the socialization of prison execution in China is facing with many problems such as how to help prisoners return to society,how to protect them. These problems have become the bottleneck of prisoners to return to society smoothly,so the construction of an ideal execution pattern is imperative.
