10kV配电线路用内置避雷单元式绝缘子防爆性能的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 内置避雷单元式绝缘子将支柱绝缘子与串联间隙线路避雷器的功能结合为一体,既可为线路提供绝缘支撑和固定作用,又能起到抑制雷电过电压、限制工频续流起弧的作用,是一种新型防雷保护产品。防爆性能是内置避雷单元式绝缘子产品设计上需要重点解决的问题,需通过试验加以研究。为此,笔者选择了两种代表性产品作为试品,对产品的防爆性能进行了短路电流试验研究,检验产品在工频续流电弧热应力和电动力作用下内部短路能量的泄放情况。结果表明,内置避雷单元式复合绝缘子的防爆性能优于内置避雷单元式瓷绝缘子。通过小电流短路试验验证了两种内置避雷单元式绝缘子的防爆性能均能满足应用要求,考虑到配电系统中避雷器的实际挂网运行工况,内置避雷单元式绝缘子的防爆性能可以按照单相接地短路故障条件考核。 The insulator with built-in surge attester unit, which combines the functions of insulator and line arrester with series-gap, can provide support and insulation for fixed-line, and restrain lightning over-voltage and power-frequency continuous current arc. Explosion protection performance is an extremely important issue in its design, and experimental study is necessary. In this study, two kinds of representative insulators were selected to conduct experimental research on their explosion protection performances through short-circuit current tests. The internal short circuit discharge energy of both kinds of insulators was obtained under the actions of the electric power and the thermal stress of power-frequency continuous current arc. The results show that the explosion protection performance of the composite insulators with built-in surge arrester unit is better than that of the porcelain insulators with built-in surge arrester unit. Small current short circuit test verifies that the explosion protection performances of both kinds of insulators meet the application requirement. According to the actual operating conditions of the arresters in distribution system, the explosion protection performance assessment of the insulators can take the single-phase grounded short-circuit fault condition into account.
