摘要
对高校校医院护理服务的重要内容进行分析,发现高校校医院护理服务中的人性化护理是发展趋势和重点,也是由以疾病为中心转变为以患者为中心的体现;而加强对高校更年期教工的护理也是工作的重要组成部分,要重视以心理疏导为主,辅以适当药物治疗并发挥家庭成员作用,全方位的力量支持使其渡过更年期。
The university college hospital care important content analysis found that college university hospital care in human care is the development trend and focus, but also from disease-centered to patient-centered manifestation; and to strengthen the efficiency of menopause an important part of nursing faculty is working, should pay attention to psychological counseling, supplemented by appropriate medication and family members play a role in the power of a full range of support to make it through the menopause.
