摘要
目的探讨倒班与高温作业工人生命质量的关系,为建立合理的倒班制度提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法选择2013年3月-6月某钢厂参加职业健康检查的782名工人进行面对面问卷调查,问卷包括一般情况及SF-36生命质量调查量表两部分。一般情况包括性别、出生日期、身高、体质量、血压、婚姻状况、文化程度等;SF-36量表包括生理机能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康感(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)和精神健康(MH)8个维度,概括成生理健康(PCS)和心理健康(MCS)2个领域方面。采用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果高温组PF、RP、GH、VT、SF和RE 6个维度的得分均低于非高温组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调整年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、血压、工龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭收入、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼、噪声、粉尘、CO等因素后,倒班对高温作业工人的生命质量的RP、GH、SF、RE、MH等维度及PCS、MCS、总评分有影响(P<0.05)。结论倒班与高温作业工人的生命质量有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between shift work and quality of life of workers who exposed to high temperatures,and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a reasonable shift system.Methods 782 steel workers were selected as subjects from those who participated in occupational health examination in March^June 2013 by using cluster sampling method,and were surveyed by face to face methods.Questionnaire included demographic and common health information such as gender,birth date,height,body mass,blood pressure,marital status,education level,etc,and international general health questionnaire SF-36(Chinese version).SF-36 scale included 8dimensions which were the contents of physical functioning,role limitations due to physical health,bodily pain,general health perception,vitality,social functioning,role limitations due to emotional problems,mental health.Database was built up by using EpiData3.1software,statistical analysis were conducted by using SPSS 13.0statistical software.Results Scores of the quality of life among the workers exposed to high temperatures in PF,RP,GH,VT,SF and RE were lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05),After adjusting for age,sex,BMI,blood pressure,length of service,marital status,education level,household income,smoking,alcohol consumption,physical activity,noise,dust and CO,shift work was related to quality of life of workers exposed to hightemperature in RP,GH,SF,RE,MH,PCS,MCS and Total Score(P〈0.05).Conclusions Shift work is related to quality of life of workers exposed to high-temperature.
