摘要
针对联合作战中信息共享研究的诸多关键环节,以信息生命周期理论为新视角,提出了一种基于信息生命周期的信息共享建模方法。从生命演化的过程对信息生命周期进行了新定义。在此基础上,定义了联合作战信息共享的概念,构建了联合作战信息共享的层级模型和共享模式框架模型,利用信息熵建立了信息共享能力的评价模型。通过仿真对比分析,评价了联合作战信息共享的优势,验证了所建模型的合理性与有效性。上述方法为作战信息共享和信息优势的研究,提供了一个有益的新思路与新途径。
Aiming at the important problems of the operation information sharing, with the new angle of the Information Life Cycle (ILC) theory, a new method of modeling for Information Sharing was proposed based on ILC. The new definition of ILC was presented by the process of life evolution. Based on these, the new conception of Joint Op- eration Information Sharing (JOIS) was defined. The hierarchy model and sharing mode of JOIS were presented separately. With the information entropy, the evaluation models of information sharing ability were built. Using the analysis of simulation, the superiority of JOIS was evaluated. The result shows the rationality and effectiveness of the models. This method provides a new idea and approach for the research on operation information sharing and information superiority.
