摘要
构建战略执行速度与绩效的关系模型,基于110家企业的调查数据实证分析战略执行速度对组织绩效的作用机理。研究结果表明:战略执行速度对组织绩效的影响方式取决于环境动态性和组织可用资源数量。环境变化快、可用资源充足的企业的战略执行速度对绩效有正向影响;环境变化慢、可用资源不足的企业的战略执行速度对绩效有负向影响。
This paper constructs the model of strategic implementing speed and performance. Based on the data of 110 enterprises, this paper empirically studies the relationship between strategic implementation speed and performance. The result indicates that the relationship between speed of implementation and performance depends on environmental dynamism and resource availability. Speed of implementation has a positive impact on performance when the level of environmental dynamism and resource availability is high. In contrast, speed of implementation has a negative impact on performance when the level of environmental dynamism and resource availability is low.
