摘要
社会学习视角认为中层管理者对于企业的战略活动和绩效有着重要的影响,应该允许并鼓励中层管理者参与战略活动。根据Baron和Kenny(1986)提出的中介变量检验步骤,对28家企业的105名中层管理者研究发现:战略决策制定的两个变量(决策质量和目标共识)起到了部分中介作用,因此是中层管理者战略决策参与对战略绩效的两条影响路径。而战略执行的两个变量(决策承诺和执行共识)没有起到中介作用,因此不是影响路径。
From the perspective of the social studies, middle-level managers should be encouraged to be involved in strategic decisions for the reason that they can play an important role in strategic activities and performance. Based on the testing procedure for mediating variables raised by Baron and Kenny (1986), this study conducts a survey of 105 samples of middle-level managers from 28 compa- nies. The results indicate that the two variables in making strategic decisions the quality of decision and the consensus of goal can play a mediating role in part, therefore, they are two paths affecting the strategic performance by the involvement of middle-level managers in strategic decisions. However, the other two variables in strategic implementation the decision commitment and the consensus of strategic implementation cannot play the role, so they are not the affecting path.
