摘要
为适应市场对钻机自动化、智能化、无人化操作的需求,以及贯彻以人为本的HSE理念,研制了TJG 93/4-10自动井架工.该产品主要由主轴旋转单元、多臂移动单元、钻柱检测控制单元及电液控制系统等4部分组成,能够适用直径为73.0~247.6 mm (27/8 ~93/4 in)的钻具,最大提升重力达到100 kN.研究及试验结果表明,TJG 93/4-10自动井架工结构设计合理,排放钻柱能力强,操作灵活可靠,系统运行平稳.将其应用于现场钻井作业,可实现二层台钻柱排放作业机械化、无人化操作,大大降低钻井作业劳动力成本,降低钻工作业强度,提高作业安全性.
In order to meet the market demand for rig automation, intelligentization and unmanned operation, as well as to implement the people-oriented HSE concept, the TJG 99/4 - 10 automatic iron derrickman are devel- oped and tested. The product is mainly composed of four parts including the rotary main shaft unit, multi-arm rack- ing unit, drill string detection and control unit and electro-hydraulic control system. The iron derrickman could han- dle the pipes with the diameters from 27/8 to 93/4 in, and the maximum lifting capacity is up to 100 kN. The results of the study and test show that the TJG 9 3/4 - 10 automatic iron derrickman system runs stably and has a great drill- string racking capacity with a reasonable structure design and great flexibility and reliability. The onsite application of the iron derrickman could enable mechanized and unmanned pipe racking operations on the racking board. Con- sequently, the driller' s job intensity and the labor costs of drilling could be significantly reduced while the opera- tional safety could also be improved.
