摘要
本文以原始混凝土强度为C40的废混凝土经机械破碎制作了再生的粗骨料,在保温混凝土中用100%的再生粗骨料制成再生保温混凝土试件。通过试验测定了再生保温混凝土的弹性模量和其单轴应力-应变全曲线。试验结果表明:再生保温混凝土的弹性模量比普通混凝土的低约30%;再生保温混凝土的应力-应变全曲线和普通混凝土应力-应变全曲线相似,再生保温混凝土的峰值应力和峰值应变均略低于同强度的普通混凝土,再生保温混凝土的应力-应变全曲线的上升段和下降段可以用两段式分别进行拟合。
Recycled coarse aggregate with the original concrete strength of C40 concrete is made by mechanical crushing, and recycled thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete specimens are made by using 100% renewable insulation. The recycled thermal insulation concrete elastic modulus and uniaxial stress-strain full curves are derived through experiment. The test results show that: the recycled thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete elastic modulus is lower 30% than that of the ordinary concrete; the recycled thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete stress-strain full curves is similar to the ordinary concrete, the recycled thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete peak stress and peak strain of the concrete are lower than that of ordinary concrete ; the recycled thermal insulation of concrete stress-strain full curves of rising and falling period can be respectively fitted with two-part equation.
