摘要
文章通过对中国职前教师教育的实践内涵进行分析,探讨实践取向的中国职前教师教育要求师范生具备的六个方面的专业素质问题,进而提出了若干提高师范生"实践素质"的策略。
In this paper,the connotation of practice-oriented pre-service teacher education is analyzed firstly,and then the specialized quality in six aspects that normal students must possess required by practice-oriented pre-service teacher education in our country is analyzed.Finally,several strategies for improving the quality of practice of normal students are presented.
