摘要
植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试(简称DUS测试)是建立在对植物形态学性状观测基础上,具有较强实践性的综合性试验技术。针对作物栽培学实践教学特点及存在的问题,将DUS测试技术应用到作物栽培学实践教学中,通过对标准品种性状观测,掌握新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性判定方法,了解品种身份照片和特异性照片的拍摄要点,使学生初步建立起对作物的感性认识、加深对形态学性状的理解,最终通过测试报告的撰写和测试结果汇报使其对作物栽培学的理解从感性认识上升到理性认识。
The new plant varieties distinctness,uniformity and stability testing（DUS testing） is a comprehensive test which is based on the morphological traits with strong practice.According to characters of practical teaching of crop cultivation course and problems existing in current teaching,the DUS testing was introduced into practical teaching to make students preliminarily form perceptual knowledge and deepen understanding morphological traits by observing the traits of standard varieties,mastering judgment method of distinctness,uniformity and stability and points of photograph of identity and distinctness.Through test report writing and assessing,students’understanding of the curriculum was raised to the rational knowledge level from the perceptual knowledge.
