西华山钨矿平巷掘进掏槽方法研究

摘要 为解决西华山钨矿平巷掘进爆破效率低、炸药单耗大、断面形状不规整等问题,对原菱形掏槽进行改进,设计成梅花形掏槽,在多中段工程实践后,结果表明梅花形掏槽能为后续爆破创造出更大的自由面,使得巷道断面形状更规整,炮孔利用率更高,单次循环进尺更大。梅花形掏槽既能获取良好的爆破效果,又能节约经济成本,比菱形角柱掏槽更适用于西华山钨矿平巷掘进工程。 The design of original diamond underholing is changed into plum-shaped in Xihuashan Tungsten Mine to solve the problems of low blasting efficiency,big explosives consumption and irregular cross-section in the process of mine tunneling.After engineering practicing in middle segments,results show that plum-shaped underholing creates greater free face for the subsequent blasting,makes the roadway cross section shape more regular with more efficient of blasthole usage and larger footage for single cycle progress.Plum-shaped underholing not only get good results,but also save the cost of economy.It is more suitable for the drifting work of Xihuashan Tungsten Mine than diamond cut.
