摘要 绿脓杆菌又称铜绿假单胞菌,是一种人和动物共患的条件性致病菌,因其具有广泛的耐药机制已引起国内外微生物学家的密切关注。在世界各国先后颁发"限抗令"后,应用噬菌体控制细菌性疾病的研究又受到高度重视,并取得一些突破性进展。文章仅对噬菌体控制绿脓杆菌感染的研究进展做一综述,并对研究前景提出展望,以期为噬菌体及其制剂在动物生产及人类临床上的深入研究奠定基础。 Bacilhas pyocyaneus, also known as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, is an opportunistic pathogen of humans and animals. It has been paid close attention by the microbiologists at home and abroad due to its wide range of resistance mechanisms. The research on the use of bacterio- phages to control bacterial diseases has been paid high attention after having been issued some laws to limit use of antibiotics by the countries all over the world ,which has made great progresses. This article only reviews the research progress on the use of bacteriophages to control the infec- tion of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and brings forward the prospect of researches,with a view to laying the foundation for the in -depth research on the use of bacteriophages and their preparations in the animal production and human chnical trials.
