摘要 噬菌体结构简单,有严格的宿主特异性,可用于治疗致病菌感染引起的疾病,对医学微生物学、遗传学、分子生物学等学科的发展起到推动作用。噬菌体作为生物界的一员,在自然界中分布极广,给人类生产发酵带来了极为不利的影响。综述了噬菌体的应用前景、潜在风险及防治措施。 Structure of bacteriophages is simple, and it has strict host specificity. It is widely used in treatment of pathogenic infections, and it plays an important role in promoting development of medical microbiology, genetics and molecular biology. As a member of biology, bacteriopha-ges spread widely in nature, bringing serious impact to production of fermentation. This article briefly describes current prospects, potential risks and prevention measures of bacteriophages.
