摘要
为了探讨不同生长时期牦牛小肠黏膜组织结构的发育学变化规律,试验采用组织学和图像分析法,对1日龄、30日龄、180日龄及成年大通牦牛小肠不同肠段的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度进行了研究。结果表明:牦牛出生后,随着日龄的增加,小肠黏膜结构变化显著,1~30日龄牦牛小肠各段的绒毛长度下降,隐窝深度加深,黏膜厚度和肌层厚度增加,绒毛长度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C值)下降,各指标变化趋势显著(P〈0.05)。30日龄后,随着日龄的增加,牦牛小肠各段的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度和肌层厚度增加,隐窝深度下降,V/C值上升。说明牦牛小肠消化功能在30日龄后显著提高。
To investigate the developmental changes in the structure of mucosal tissue of small intestine in yak at different development stages, The length of villus, the thickness of mucosa and the thickness of muscular layer in different parts of intestine were measured in the 1 - day - old, 30 - day - old, 180 - day - old and adult Datong yak using histological and the Scion image analysis methods. The results showed that sig- nificant changes were found in the structure of the small intestinal mucosa with the increase of days of age after the birth of the yak. The length of villus and the villis length to crypt depth ( V/C ) ratio decreased while the depth of the crypt, the thickness of mucosa, and the thickness of muscular layer significantly increased( P 〈 0.05 ) in the each part of small intestine from 1 -day -aid to 30 -day -old Yak. After 30 days of age, the length of villus, the thickness of mucosa, the thickness of muscular layer and the V/C values increased in the each part of small intes- tine in the yak, while the depth of the crypt decreased. The results indicate that the digestive function in the intestine of the yak significantly in- creased after 30 days of age.
