摘要
通过饲养和屠宰试验对0~9周龄肉鹅消化器官的生长发育规律作了初步探讨.测定了各消化器官长度和重量,结果表明:各消化器官重∶体重,以1周龄时最大,以后逐周降低.各消化器官重∶总消化道重的值降序为:肌胃、肝脏、空回肠、十二指肠、腺胃、食道、胰腺、直肠、舌、盲肠和胆.消化道长度的增长远低于同期重量的增加.随着周龄的增加,消化道各段长度与总消化道长度的比值均无明显变化.5周龄后,各消化器官重量和长度变化均不大.
An experiment was conducted to study the growth rhythm of digestive organs of 0-9-weekold geese. The length and weight of all digestive organs were measured. The results showed then the descending order of digestive organ weight was gizzard, liver, ileum, duodenum, glandular stomach, gullet, pancreas, reatum, tongue, cecum and gall bladder. The growth rate of digestive tract length was far less than that of their weight of the corresponding period. The length ratio of different digestive organs to total digestive tract had not an obvious change with the age. After the age of 5 weeks, the weights and lengths of all digestive organs changed very little.
