摘要
计算了Al-Li-Mg-Si合金典型相图的截面组织,并对其电子显微结构进行分析。结果表明,平衡状态时主要析出相为δ,并且能够形成大量Mg2Si和AlLiSi等富Si相。但在实际的非平衡状态时,析出相主要为亚稳态δ′,它的析出会抑制Mg2Si的形成,但是增加Mg的含量又会对Mg2Si的析出起到一定的促进作用。
The typical cross-section phase diagram of the alloy AL-Li-Mg-Si was calculated, and the microstructures of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that the main precipitated phase is the phase δ under the equilibrium state, and a large number of Si-rich phases of Mg2Si and A1LiSi are formed. But the actual precipitation is mainly metastable phase δ', which can inhibit the formation of Mg2Si, but increase of Mg content will promote the precipitation of Mg2Si.
