摘要
感应熔炼法制备了Mg_(97)Y_2M_1(M=Zn,Ni,Ag)合金,运用TEM和SEM对铸态合金中的长周期堆垛结构(LPS)进行了分析.结果表明,铸态Mg_(97)Y_2Zn_1中的LPS主要为6层周期堆垛,但不同于理想的6H型堆垛结构;在Mg_(97)Y_2Ni_1中也存在LPS结构,与Mg_(97)Y_2Zn_1相比,Mg_(97)Y_2Ni_1中LPS具有较大的晶格畸变;Mg_(97)Y_2Ag_1中未观察到LPS.结合实验结果,对影响LPS形成的因素进行了讨论.
Mg97Y2M1 (M=Zn, Ni, Ag) alloys were prepared by induction melting method. The characteristics of long period stacking structures (LPS) formed in these alloys were studied by TEM and SEM. The results show that the LPS in the as-cast Mg97Y2Znl can be described with a 6-layer stacking period, which is different from the typical 6H type with a hexagonal structure. The existence of LPS in the Mg-Y-Ni system has also been found, but its lattice distortion occurs more often than that in the Mg-Y-Zn system. In contrast, no LPS structure is observed in the Mg-Y-Ag sysyem. On the basis of experimental results, the factors affecting the formation of LPS structures in Mg97Y2M1 alloys are also discussed.
