鼻腔复合型淋巴瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性，64岁，2012年7月出现面部浮肿、疼痛、麻木，行鼻窦CT示右侧上颌窦高密度影，大小3cm×2cm，邻近眼眶骨质吸收，CT示恶性肿瘤。在全麻下行右侧上颌窦肿物及鼻腔外侧壁切除，取活检。2013年7月，患者再次发现鼻腔肿物，重新在当地医院取活检来我院及多家医院会诊，临床诊断均为造血系统恶性肿瘤。2012年9月化疗8个周期效果好，PET／CT评估疗效达CR。2013年7月至今，又化疗3个周期，效果好，PET／CT评估疗效达CR。目前，患者血常规、肝肾功能各项指标基本正常。目前一般状况良好，仍在随访中。
