摘要
现代培训业经过自然经济下手工技艺传授活动的漫长孕育,第二次工业革命之后作为学校职业教育体系的组成部分在工业先发地区逐步兴起,随着第三次科技革命浪潮,发展为具有完全行业形态的一类经济社会活动。历经学徒教育、职业教育发展阶段后,培训行业形态渐趋稳固,其核心是以职业发展为导向,即内容上以传授职业技能为主;形式上融入生产活动,辅以口耳相授、示范、实操等手段。信息技术革命、人力资源观念革新、社会开放程度和竞争的增大以及教育理念与技术的现代化等,则是塑造这一导向特征的直接原因。
Modern training industry has undergone a long-lasting imparting of handicrafts under natural economy,and become an important part of the vocational education system after the second industrial revolution.The third technological revolution enables it to develop into a kind of economic and social activity with full industrial morph,through apprenticeship and vocational education,by oral instruction,demonstration,practice and other means.Information technology,human resource conception,increased social opening and intensified competition give rise to the modernized occupational development.
