摘要
目的 建立检查中药软膏制剂中非法添加糖皮质激素的快速筛查方法.方法 高效液相色谱法采用ThermoBDS Hypersil C18色谱柱（150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）;以0.1％甲酸的水溶液作为流动相A,以乙腈作为流动相B,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温35.0℃;检测器波长范围190 ～ 400 nm;进样量20.0 μL.结果 本色谱条件下,地塞米松、醋酸地塞米松、可的松、氢化可的松、醋酸可的松、醋酸氢化可的松、醋酸氟氢可的松、泼尼松、醋酸泼尼松、泼尼松龙、醋酸泼尼松龙、醋酸氟轻松、倍他米松、丙酸氯倍他索、曲安西龙、曲安奈德、醋酸曲安奈德17种成分在0.5～ 10 μg/mL可被检出.结论 本方法适用于中药软膏制剂快速筛查（局部外用的质量浓度多为0.1～2.5 mg/mL）.
AIM To establish a method for rapid screening of the glucocorticoids added illegally in Chineseherbal ointments.METHODS HPLC was performed on Thermo BDS Hypersil C18column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with 0.196 aqueous formic acid （mobile phase A） and acetonitrile （mobile phase B） in a gradient elutionmode.1 mL/min volumetric flow and 35.0 ℃ column temperature were adopted.The detection wavelength was setat 190-400nm with 20.0 μL sample size.RESULTS Within the range of 0.5-10 μg/mL,17 kinds of glucocorti-coids could be detected,including dexamethasone,cortisone,hydrocortisone,cortisone acetate,hydrocortisoneacetate,fludrocortisone acetate,prednisone,prednisone acetate,prednisolone,prednisolone acetate,fluocinoloneacetonide,betamethasone,betamethasone sodium phosphate,clobetasol propionate,triamcinolone,triamcinoloneacetonide and triamcinolone acetonide acetate.CONCLUSION The method is suitable to trace the unexpectedglucocorticoids in Chinese herbal ointment preparations （mostly,the agents for topical administration hold,theirconcentrations at 0.1-2.5 mg/mL）.
