摘要
为解决岸桥调度中岸桥之间的干涉问题,改善岸桥作业不均衡现象,建立以最小化岸桥的作业完成时间和作业时间标准差为目标函数的多目标混合整数规划模型,使用?-法确定权系数,将多目标问题转化为单目标问题,采用CPLEX求解.将两个单目标方案分别和多目标方案进行比较,结果表明:多目标方案的作业完成时间相较于以作业时间最平衡为目标的调度方案减少了近17.3%,岸桥作业时间标准差比以作业完成时间最小化为目标的调度方案减少了近33.33%,验证了模型在岸桥调度中的有效性.
In order to solve the QCs interference problem and improve the operation balance, a multi objective mixed integer programming model was set up, aiming to minimize the QCs completion time and QCs operation time standard deviation. Then, CPLEX was used to solve this model after transferring the multi objective problem into a single object one by α - method. Finally, the comparisons of scheduling results between multi objective and two single ones showed that the QCs completion time in multi objective scheduling almost reduced by 17.3% compared with the balanced operation one, and the QCs operation time standard deviation in multi objective scheduling reduced nearly by 33.33% compared with the minimized completion time one, which confirmed that the model was effective in solving the quay crane scheduling problem.
