神经电生理法评价文拉法辛联合谷胱甘肽对奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:用神经电生理的方法评价文拉法辛联合谷胱甘肽对奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的影响。方法:80例接受mFOLFOX6方案化疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者,随机分为两组。治疗组接受谷胱甘肽联合文拉法辛治疗,对照组给予5%葡萄糖联合维生素B6治疗。结果:治疗组右侧尺神经、正中神经、腓神经运动神经传导速度与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),左侧尺神经、正中神经、腓神经感觉神经传导速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组神经毒性发生率具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:谷胱甘肽联合文拉法辛可提高外周感觉神经传导速度,有效改善奥沙利铂所致神经毒性。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of venlafaxine combined glutathione in the treatment of neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin by the nerve electrophysiological analysis.Methods:All 80 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing mFOLFOX6 scheme chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with glutathione combined venlafaxine,while control group was given 5% glucose and vitamin B6.Resu]ts:There was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in the ulnar nerve and sural motor nerve conduction velocity between the treatment group and the control group.The ulnar nerve and sural sensory nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group is higher than the control group's (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Glutathione combined venlafaxine can improve the peripheral sensory nerve conduction velocity,and effectively improve neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin.
