摘要 目的观察肿瘤患者应用奥沙利铂+四氢叶酸+氟尿嘧啶(FOLFOX4方案)化疗后外周神经毒性及神经传导速度的变化。方法 21例肿瘤患者采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,所有患者在化疗前及化疗3周期后进行外周神经毒性的评价及外周神经电生理检测。结果有18例患者出现外周神经毒性,发生率为85.7%;外周感觉神经的传导速度较化疗前下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周神经毒性是FOLFOX4化疗方案最常见的毒副反应,表现为外周感觉神经的传导速度减慢。 Objective To evaluate the neurotoxicity and the changes of peripheral nerve conduction velocity after chemotherapy with FOLFOX4 regimen. Methods 21 patients were enrolled in this study. All the patients received the evaluation of neurotoxicity and the detection of peripheroneural electrophysiology before chemotherapy and after 3 cycles of chemotherapy. Results Peripheral neurotoxicity appeared in 18 patients. The incidence rate was 85. 7%. Peripheral sensory nerve conduction velocity decreased after chemotherapy. It was statistically different compared with that before chemotherapy. Conclusion Neurotoxicity is the most common side-effect of FOLFOX4 regimen, manifested as the decrease of peripheral sensory nerve conduction velocity.
