摘要
阅读疗法的"离身认知"原理基于身心二元理念,构建了"阅读—认知心理"之间的直接关联,由于排斥人的身体经验和环境作用,此原理缺乏现实性和生态性。阅读疗法的"具身认知"原理则基于身心一体理念,试图揭示"阅读—具身体验—认知心理"三者的关联,为阅读疗法实践中的书目选择、过程引导和环境设置提供方法论指导。
Based on Mind-body dualism, the "Disembodied cognition" mechanism ot blbhotherapy con- structed direct association of "Reading and Cognitive mentality". Because of excluding the effects of body experience and environment, it lacks actuality and ecological features. Based on Body-mind integrative, the "Embodied cognition" mechanism of bibliotherapy try to reveal association of Reading, Embodied experience and Cognitive mentality. Then it provides methodological guidance to select reading list, lead reading process and set reading environment.
