摘要 本文研究了B9、钙素、水杨酸和PP333对4个牡丹品种的花期调控及花朵畸形的影响.结果表明,(1)对‘洛阳红’喷施10 000 mg·L^-1的B9,立蕾期和小风铃期畸形花率下降,成花率升高,大风铃期和圆桃期与之相反,总花期均未得到延长,畸形花单花寿命可缩短1 d但畸形花径增大;(2)对‘洛阳红’每天喷施不同质量浓度的B9,仅喷施200 mg·L^-1时未生成畸形花,总花期延长0.20 d,成花率升高12.10%,效果最好;每天喷施不同质量浓度的PP333处理‘洛阳红’时,畸形花率升高3.30%~4.10%,但畸形花性状均弱化,总花期可延长0~0.60d,但成花率降低3.40%~22.80%,对照组效果最好;(3)对‘乌龙捧盛’喷施不同质量浓度水杨酸,畸形花率明显升高40.91%~52.73%,畸形性状虽有弱化,但总花期和成花率负效应明显;(4)对‘脂红’喷施不同质量浓度的钙素,仅喷施240 mg·L^-1时产生畸形花,畸形花率最低,总花期可延长0.20~1.40 d,但畸形花性状没有弱化且成花率明显下降;(5)对‘洛阳春’喷施不同配比的混合试剂,仅配比为3∶2时没有畸形花生成,但总花期缩短,成花率明显下降. This paper carries on a research on the influence of B9 , calcitonin, salicylic acid and PP333 on flowering regulation of deveral and abnormal of four tree peony varieties. The results show : ( 1 ) The abnormal floral rate descended and the floral initial rate incresed when B9 in 10 000 mg ~ L-l was sprayed to 'LuoYangHong' in seting up stage and small-windbell stage, by contrast, in other stages, it could not extend the total flowerscence, the spend life was shortened by l d but the flower diameter in- creased. (2) The abnormal floral rate was 0 when B9 in 200 mg· L^- 1 was sprayed daily to ' LuoYang- Hong', and it could evidently extend the total flowerscence by 0.20 d and elecate the floral initial rate by 12.10% , and the effect was the best ; The abnormal floral rate was elevated by 3.30% - 4.10% when B9 in 200 mg · L-1 was sprayed daily to ' Luoyanghong' , but it could evidently weaken the deformed traits, extend the total flowerscence 0 - 0.60 d and reduce the floral initial rate by 3.40% - 22.80% , the effect of CK was the best. (3) The abnormal floral rate was evidently increased by 40.91%52.73% when salicylic acid in different mass concentration was sprayed to ' Wulongpengsheng' could weaken the deformed traits,but the negative of total flowerscence and floral initial rate is obvious. (4) It can only generate abnormal floral when calcitonin in 240 mg · L^-1 was sprayed to ' ZhiHong' , the abnormal floral rate was the lowest, the total flowerscence could be extended by 0.20- 1.40 d , but it could not weaken the deformed traits and the floral initial rate descended. (5) The abnormal floral rate was 0, but the total flowerscence shortened and it could evidently reduce floral initial rate when the miscellaneous reagent with concentration ratio of 3:2 was sprayed to' Luoyangchun'
